Lead-freePVC transparent compound are granule compounds which are manufactured with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing process. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw material, and add special plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
环保型聚氯乙烯透明料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料，加入特种增塑剂、特种稳定剂等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
Characteristics and Application 特点及用途
The products have excellent transparent properties, mechanical and physical properties and good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. They are mainly used for the wire and cables and other materials which have transparent property requirements.
产品具有良好的透明性和机械物理性能，加工性能优异，符合RoHS环保标准。主要用于有透明要求的材料。
Processing Indicator加工工艺
Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建议使用普通长径比为20-25的单螺杆挤出机进行生产。
