Lead-free anti-rat and anti-termite PVC jacketing compounds are granule compounds which are manufactured with mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw material, and add special plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
环保型聚氯乙烯防鼠防白蚁护套料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料，加入特种增塑剂、特种稳定剂等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
 
Characteristics and Application 特点及用途
The products have excellent mechanical and physical properties, and good processability. They meet RoHS Standard. All their properties are referred to GB/T 8815 and GB/T 2951.38 and other standards. They are mainly used for the jacketing of cables which have anti-rat or anti-termite property requirements.
产品具有良好的机械物理性能和电性能，加工性能优异，符合RoHS环保标准。产品性能参考GB/T 8815、GB/T 2951.38等标准的要求，主要用于有防鼠或防白蚁要求的电线电缆护套。
       
Processing Indicator加工工艺
Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建议使用普通长径比为20-25的单螺杆挤出机进行生产。
